I made some effort recently to try to solve Einsteins theory of relativity. I watched quite a lot of the television program Big Bang Theory.

It is about a group of engineering students that major in physics. One of them says that string theory is what everyone cares about in scientific circles. When I was sick with Mast Cell Activation disorder, I used to watch this television program almost daily or at least once a week.

Supposedly the main character called Sheldon isnt able to pass his PHD exam because he concludes that the only thing he can do about string theory is to conclude that they got it wrong. His friend suggest he might consider it important to make a statement that defines the theory, and which can be used to proceed.

It is sometimes necesarry in physics to assume something is correct and go on from there. Sheldon fails at doing this, and string theory is no closer to ebing solved. Instead I decided as a former physics student and economics major to look at Einsteins theory of relativity.

Im going to write a little about this episode because its an episode I felt like choosing based on my thoughts. Its important to go with an idea sometimes I believe. Sometimes it seems that the obvious truth about both relativity and string theory is that it is necesarry to say something and alsol believe it. Thats why many people prefer to talk about dating instead of going out to binge drink in groups or to hang out a lot of people. I was in the Philippines and it changed my outlook on the American and European culture of partying in the weekends. I have visited 42 cities in the world and found that some things are similar. In this episode Raj and Howard spy on Sheldon and discover that not much is going on at his job either. Although he seems to have made a conclusion that its difficult to solve Einsteins theory of relativity because you must focus on some significant details or you will risk losing the general idea.

Ive decided to confromt the idea that people who believe they are choosen for a role in spanish fascism are more attractive pr usefull in the world. Optimal rest

Should I rest even if my muscles are not sore 48 hours or just lift until Im aching..hehe not like being injured. Cant I lift 3-4 days with the same muscle groups and then do 72 hours rest instead..Ive tried once every day for about two weeks..like 10 days same muscle groups 10 sets of 3 every day and actually it worked out. Also read about some athletes doing 2 training passes a day. Ive worked abs also in other sports daily isnt this the same?

How many days of rest does your routine call for? Rest has nothing to do with how sore your muscles are.

i can train 14 days for 4 hours a day, as 2x2hour sessions doing ONLY weight training, and my body can handle it, doesnt mean if u doing madcows or something that u can do day 1 mon day2 tue day3 wed then start week2 day1 on thursday, get your rest, ju8st follow the programs or have fun in overtraining camp. Programs are designed a certain way, if u wanna train 7 days a week then dont look for a 3 day program and vice versa.

How to know who Rita Ora is??

That isnt easy, but I know that people who are religious claim to be able to tell who people are into before getting to know them. During my 3 year stay in Asia I studied some of Dalia Lamas books which led me to believe in something. That all human beings are a core of pure survival instinct or as the Thais call it "pure consciousness". More than that we gather TWO different personalities from the spiritual world. An offer is made, a deal we might make accept from someone or something. These theories or at least having these emotions are more normal in Asia than here. Stories that originate in myths, might also be historical events that are to be played over again in the "matrix". This is a movie many like to think about when they feel uncertainty. Let me show you what I think of Rita Ora and her background. Her family is from yugoslavia and shares a similiar background as mine:

I have always thought about how as a martial artist the perfect test would be to fight an exact copy of myself. I then realised that life is a battle fought one on one each day. If I think of women all day everyday then I get in trouble or end up with nothing that matters.

It was then I realised 1 more important thing. Since I was fighting an opponent who’s only ability was to make me forget!! It was a fight that ended with both of us losing.. His name is Satan, his tool is lying..Mine however is Sir Morten Hamre and Im writing the story here, about how i fought morphine addiction and the personal complications it had. Never again will I believe in being able to keep thie thoughts at bay..I will trust in the arms length principle of NA(narcotics anonymous), and leave heroin to others.

Sometimes I look for company on my own...I shouldnt do this. The only people I know who are like this, are drug addicts and african americans who quite frankly dont care for anyone. When I visited London a few years back I ended up in a place that seemed to agree, that people who become to involved with others and deny their background are problematic..Thats also a story and certainly a point of view I often hear.

Instead it is always beneficial to be aware of emotions and watch them rise and fall within you as the wind below the tree tops. Observe your reaction before action, before emotion commands motion. Arm yourself with knowledge and train yourself with experience in order to lead oneself and to win without fighting.
