Im just going to share this fun video from France with girls dancing to one of my old favourite dance tracks, Blue by Eiffel 65. Paris and France is actually a very multiethnic soceity, which is probably the reason I included it in the blog. I used to dance but for some reason I didnt get around to do it much later. I guess going out to clubs wasnt really my thing. I better liked going to bars with friends. I do love music however, and also play sports. I like writing this blog, because I have read and written al my life. I see it a way of inviting people to visit places they normally wouldnt. I hear so much from people I dont know about how they are upper class and can fly around the world all the time. I even hear that girls now become expats in countries where men are the majority. I dont have a problem with this, I just wonder if its a responsible way of interacting with the world community. I have known some people from Japan because I was an expat in the Philippines and later travelled for a 2-3 years in Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, France, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Norway, Sweden, Dubai and United Kingdom.
The girl I knew from Japan was called Seiwa as far as I remember and its sad that I lost contact with her, but its like that. It got to be that way because I was harassed by some people who claimed I owed them money, after returning from the Philippines. Later claimed they wanted to help me by offering my free psychology sessions. Because of all this I lost Seiwas phone number. I also met a dutch girl called Elma who I also met in the Philippines. Elma left for Africa she said, to do voluntary work. I later came to realize that another girl I knew also went down there. She was from Estonia, and also liked to dance. I was myself born on the other side of the iron curtain in eastern germany with communism and a culture that related to China and Japan. Elma that I met in the Philippines, knew a girl in Holland that had a family history in Surabaya in Indonesia. I also am vaguely related to an expat in the Philippines thats why I look a little japanese in the picture below. Pictures often look a little weird when they are taken in the Philippines! T
Here is a weird photo of me where I look like a ghost in the mirror.
his is what my friend Mika from Holland look like. Similar to the other girls I have known we were a good match and had some good times srátrting with flirting and ending with having sex.
Here is the girl which I really liked. She and I sadly had to split because my father fell ill, and she was apperently also in a difficult situation with her family. This is often the case with expat families.
In the Philipines I decided to join the judo team with puose of learning self defense and eventually competing. This Is what I looked like in a judo uniform:
Im into ideas about personality that revolves around having a fixed identity and following rules as opposed to people believing in fluidity and being who your friends are. I for example like to use the Myers Briggs Test

Anyway I believe that Audioslave is great song and I wonder if its the singer or the band that makes for a top grunge experience. I think its the singer. I wonder what band would make for a similar exeprience to prove my point. I found this music video and I decided that Audioslave is similar to them. These are songs I would call romantic, even if many find them simple. At least Its what I listened to when I needed some european company in the Philippines.
I know that drugs are a big thing in the west, and even if I stopped using them, im going to review a few of the ones I tried from Asia. But first Im going to copy from South China Morning Post about how the silk road is threatened by the Gulf War. This was one of the reasons I went to the Philippines, as to bridge the gap between Asia and the Caucasian world. I didnt expect people to accuse me of being on holiday instead of working back home, but this is what the psychologist said.
on Monday, citing Doha’s alleged links to terrorism.
The nations also said they planned to cut air and sea traffic, while Saudi Arabia announced it would shut its land border with Qatar, cutting the gas-rich nation off from the rest of the Arabian peninsula.
Qatar denies that it funds extremist groups.
The nations are involved in Xi Jinping’s ambitious “Belt and Road Initiative”, which stretches across 65 countries and encompasses Asia, Africa and Europe.
The Arab peninsula is the top source of oil for China, the world’s biggest oil importer. Global prices rose in early trading on Monday.
Pang Zhongying, a senior fellow at the Ocean University of China in Qingdao, Shandong province, said the spat among the Middle East nations would make it more complicated to manage ties with the region.
“China has a huge economic interest in the Middle East,” he said. “With the belt and road and other initiatives it is using to expand geopolitical influence in the region, China may need to think about adjusting its “non-interference” diplomatic motto.”
Zhu Bin, an analyst at Southwest Securities, said: “These countries’ cutting of their diplomatic relationships with Qatar marks the beginning of a new round of chaos, even conflicts and war, in the Middle East.”
China’s trade with the Middle East
Saudi Arabia is China’s top trade partner in the region, and China is now Saudi Arabia’s largest oil customer.
In 2015, Saudi Arabian exports to China totalled US$5.61 billion and its imports were worth US$23.97 billion. Last year, total trade topped US$42 billion.
The figures for Qatar in 2015 were exports of US$5.24 billion and US$3.7 billion in imports.
But for most of the countries involved in the new rift, China is an important source of imports rather than a major export partner.
China’s major projects in the Middle East
The region is seen as a critical partner along the new Silk Road, partly due to its strategic position between Asia and Europe. The area is also significant for its energy resources, and Chinese firms are winning contracts in infrastructure projects across the Middle East.
In June 2015, ICBC became the first Chinese bank with a retail presence in Saudi Arabia when it opened a branch in Riyadh. A month earlier, China established a yuan clearing centre in Qatar - the first in the Middle East.
Earlier this year, China and Saudi Arabia signed a memorandum of understanding on investment cooperation valued at US$65 billion, including joint efforts in energy and finance. China has also signed a partnership with Saudi Arabia for the manufacture of CH-4 unmanned drones.
Last year, China’s Cosco Shipping Ports invested US$400 million in building a container terminal in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
The region has been receptive to the plan.
Last month, Saudi Energy Minister Khalid Al-Falih praised the initiative at Beijing’s new Silk Road summit, saying “the potential offered by this unique initiative is immense and promising”.
The United Arab Emirates was interested in reaping the benefits from the road, Dubai International Financial Centre’s governor Essa Kazim told The Financial Times last month.
Last year, Qatar became a key partner to promote the initiative, pledging to play an active role.
China has traditionally stayed out of political issues in the Middle East, preferring not to pick sides to maintain good relations with all its trade partners.
But that may be changing as its links with the region strengthen. In April 2015, a Chinese frigate helped evacuate 225 foreign nationals from Yemen - the first time China’s military has helped other countries evacuate their people from a danger zone.
Last year, Beijing appointed its first special envoy for the Syrian crisis, seen as a move to get more involved in Middle Eastern diplomacy. In China’s first - and vague - Arab policy paper issued at the start of last year, it reiterated its commitment to peace and stability in the region
