Eat much less than you are used to, no more than 6 times a week, if its about that. About two-three meals a day is what I ate. Then I ate no sugar, soft drinks or candy. Having that fast day is important.
I tried not to eat pizza. I excersized about 5-7 times a week and drank lots of water. A pizza will cost 200 kr anyway if you are 4 people. MOney that will be better spent on some fatt loss supplement
This made me feel hungry but after a while I got used to the feeling and the result was that I lost 25 pounds in two months. 5 months later I felt like a new person but what mentally tired.
